REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at info@eloisechelsea.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returning your item is not covered by us and will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a damaged and defective item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
